How do I check the size of the outfit to make sure that it fits?
If you are browsing on your own, use the size filters on the left hand side to filter by dress size, waist size, suit size, or individual measurements. Before checking out, make sure that the key sizes of the item listed in the box at the top of the page will fit you (example below).
Instead of browsing on your own, you can Shop by Fit by inputting your measurements and see a filtered view of our collection.

How many days can I keep the item?
The default is to keep the item for 4 days (e.g. receive it on a Thursday and put it back in the mail on Monday) so that you can wear it over the weekend. If you are traveling and need to keep the dress for longer, that’s fine! Just check out for the “5+ days” price which is 20% higher. You can keep the item for up to 16 days max.
The prices listed on our website is the total for the full rental time period, not a per day day price!
Can I try on the item before renting it?
Yes! You can try on before buying by booking an appointment in our San Francisco showroom.
What is the refund/return policy if the item doesn’t fit or is damaged when it arrives?

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to two weeks before your start date for a full refund.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $35 for the full 2-way shipping back and forth.
I have lots of Indian clothes in my closet that I’d like to sell, do you take them?
